Changing our perspective

Sometimes all we need is a different perspective. This morning, as I was sorting through the day, I heard “glass half full” . When  we shift  old messages of  unworthiness and disappointment, this opens us up  so that we can truly SEE  what is in front of us and HEAR  the encouraging words from those around us. Which voice are you listening to ?

With the change of seasons, it is hugely important for us to be outside, moving, and dumping the inner self -sabotage!!! More and more , we can intend to be part of the community, if it is for our highest good.  In a reading, the intention is to illuminate presence, balance, integrity and SUPPORT.
