More than anything, we keep our focus on the path of the open and expanding heart.

Spirit wants us ' to move' , to progress on our path of changing !!! On this 'heroic ' path, we trust our tender hearts, have patience and set regular clear intentions of being strongly grounded to the present. (I love the picture on my collage card of the brave souls from so long ago on the bridge.) We 'gather', honouring our community. DAILY we practice our patience to be still . Our WISDOM comes from spirit. Spirit's message is 'take heart' ; we are ALL courageous and beloved.
