I used to dread seeing the rune of Standstill …..it mentions ” Submit and be still. “

Now I am feeling a huge transformation as I am welcoming stillness. I do not have to worry about outcome as much as welcome the unknown and trust .

This morning I sat outside with my expresso coffee and wrote a tribute to stillness.

Service to the Sun, sundrenched

Tenderheartedness and compassion

Immersing in integrity

Laughing at myself and

Last but not least, loving my life.
