Sonia Choquette, in her book, ‘Lessons and Soul Purpose” reminds us to ‘focus on what is important.” Give ourselves credit!!!! In my meditation , Spirit showed me crossing a bridge of fear and uncertainty, one step at a time. The message was that we need to have perspective on where we have come from. We can move forward with purpose as we are being guided , loved and supported. What if we could remember this throughout our day? What if we could embody this?

I have included the timeless song ‘Bridge Over Troubled Water” because it captures the deep longing for connection when we are ‘down and out.’

My intention this season is to remember what is important , as the muckiness of despair, doubt and uncertainty surfaces. Thank you, Spirit , for your support.
