How do I strengthen my spiritual power and self esteem ?

How do I strengthen my spiritual power and self esteem? I do a rose readinag on my third chakra. This helps clear and balance my boundaries, self esteem and spiritual light. Spirit gives me helpful illuminating messages.

1) Release competition!! There is no competition for being me; it is ego driven, not LOVE loaded!!

2) Get off the pot!!! The image was a carousel going round and round, taking me nowhere. Leave the safety and sweetness for the REAL world.

3) Release the LIES!!! Poor me !!! I am not “hard done by” . I am fully supported and loved. Ask to be grounded in TRUTH and INTEGRITY.
