November – Stay the Course
We are being changed from the inside out. Like going to a dentist, we are being asked to open wide and let go of the rotten ‘cavities’- old patterns of despair and disappointment that are blocking our brilliance. We are all in this together. We need to ask for help, speaking clearly and without sticky sweetness. All that matters is that we are true to our open- hearted authentic selves, uplifting others whenever possible.
To define your life is futile. Don’t get ahead of yourself. Don’t get behind yourself. Don’t compare yourself. Just be you and enjoy what is inside. Haven Trevino.
When I rise up let me rise up joyful like a bird. When I fall let me fall without regret like a leaf. Wendell Berry.
