The word from Spirit is very explicit-  intend daily to open our APERTURES. Allow the light to permeate our vision. We have old, outdated beliefs that are blinding our clear seeing. It is like putting a flower pot over our heads and trying to move forward. Spirit wants us to wake up and shine our light without fear and overthinking.
