Winter GPS
During the deep dark days of winter, our INNER LIGHT can give us clear guidance.
Spirit wants us to remember we have a GPS – to tap into our inner compass. GUIDANCE is at our fingertips when we allow our intuition and wisdom to speak to us. This guidance illluminates whatever is important for our spiritual growth and perspective.
PERSPECTIVE is vital during the long months of winter darkness. Guidance can give us perspective and help us see what we are learning and where we are going. The pain, despair, and disappointment can be transformed . We realize how far we have come !
As we MOVE through each day of winter, we can practice self care. We walk, run, dance, swim, paint, drum, paddle, sing, chant , pray, meditate, heal and connect with our community. Our STRENGTH lies in our connection to the sacred earth . In STILLNESS and SILENCE we hear the words of wisdom and remember our worthiness.
During the long dark days of winter, we can ask our GPS to help us see our way. This can give us deep peace.
